2. Amounts and timing
The disbursement amount, remit amount, remit frequency (typically weekly via ACH debit), and remit start date are set out in your signed RPA. Remit amounts may vary if (a) you and Quickie agree in writing to amend the RPA, (b) reconciliation rights under the RPA are exercised, (c) a holiday or weekend shifts the processing day, or (d) we offer a payment-relief or accommodation in writing.
3. Returned items & retries
If a debit is returned (for non-sufficient funds, account closed, or any other reason), you authorize us to:
- Re-present the debit up to two (2) additional times within sixty (60) days, consistent with Nacha rules.
- Initiate a debit for any returned-item fee or NSF fee disclosed in your RPA.
- Contact you about the failed debit by email, SMS, or phone.
4. Changes to your bank account
You agree to keep at least one valid business bank account linked at all times during the life of the receivable, and to notify Quickie at least three (3) business days in advance of any change in the account, routing number, or financial institution. Changing your bank account does not, by itself, terminate your obligation to remit purchased receivables.
5. How to revoke this authorization
You may revoke this ACH authorization at any time by sending written notice to ops@quickiebusiness.com with the subject line “Revoke ACH authorization,” your business name, and your account number. We will process the revocation in such time as is reasonable to allow us to act on it (typically three (3) to seven (7) business days).
Revocation of this authorization does not relieve you of your obligation under the RPA to remit the purchased receivables. After revocation, Quickie may collect the receivables by alternative methods, including wire, manual ACH push, or such other lawful means as the RPA permits, and may declare a default if you fail to do so.
6. Your rights under Nacha rules
ACH transactions are governed by the rules of Nacha (the National Automated Clearing House Association). For commercial (non-consumer) accounts, you generally have one (1) business day to notify your bank of an unauthorized or improperly originated debit and request a return. Consumer accounts have longer return windows under Regulation E. Contact your bank promptly with any questions about your specific return rights.
7. Reporting errors
If you believe a debit or credit on your account was made in error or in an incorrect amount, contact us immediately at ops@quickiebusiness.com and your bank. We will investigate and respond consistent with applicable law and the RPA.
